Buried in Microsoft's announcements at the Consumer Electronics Show on Wednesday were additional clues to what the company has in mind for its Windows Live online service.
Microsoft says two new services--Live.com TV gadgets and Live.com TV recommendations--are in the works.
The gadgets service lets consumers remotely manage recording and viewing of TV programs on Windows Media Center-based PCs and settop boxes. The recommendations service allows consumers to rate TV shows they've watched on their TV via Media Center PCs and share them with others.
