Quick Take: Toshiba Satellite A505-6005

Few budget-range Core i3 laptops have a larger included battery than the Toshiba Satellite A505 series, and that could be the most discerning feature of the A505-6005. The bulky 12-cell should add a larger-than-normal battery playback, much like the very similar Toshiba Satellite A505-6025 we reviewed earlier this year.

Whereas the A505-6025 had a Core i3 processor, 4GB of RAM, a 500GB hard drive and dedicated Nvidia GeForce 310M graphics, the A505-6005 has everything but the Nvidia processor, using only integrated Intel graphics.
