SF closer to free Wi-Fi

Looks like San Francisco is one step closer to free municipal Wi-Fi. But it may not be citywide, per se: the city says access may be available only in designated zones, such as parks and business areas. You know, the places where all the homeless people hang out. Oh, so, will they be getting laptops, then?
