Latest Apple announcement: a Nano lawsuit
You had to know it was coming. A class action lawsuit has been filed against Apple, claiming that the
iPod Nano scratches too easily because its coat of protective resin is not as thick as that of previous iPods. And also because, sometimes, people just want to sue Apple instead of the other way around.
