First Xbox 360 lawsuit harmlessly lobbed

Instead of just returning his overheating Xbox 360 for refund or exchange, a Chicago man is suing Microsoft for putting out a "defectively designed" product. He and the iPod-Nano-scratches plaintiffs can be found in the same bar, waiting patiently for their 32-cent settlement payout, due sometime in 2023.
