While Colligan didn't divulge any information about the new smart phones, the good ol' rumor mill is alive and kicking. Brighthand has a few details on the trio, starting with a device code-named Hollywood. It's rumored to have a thin design (no external antenna) and expected to be available through Verizon Wireless with EV-DO support. There aren't too many specifics about the next model, code-named Lowrider, other than the fact that it will be a more affordable--around $200--version of the Treo. And finally, Palm is expected to release another Palm OS-based Treo by the end of 2006.
I'm sure there will be plenty more Treo talk in the months to come, but in the meantime, what would you like to see in the next Treo? TalkBack to me below.
