OK, imagine this. You create a product that's so hot, in such high demand, that it's on every single holiday shopper's lips. People mug other people for it at gunpoint. And yet, you screw up the distribution so badly that your entire quarterly earnings suffer as a result. Now, does that seem smart? Maybe I just don't understand business.
