180solutions has withdrawn its November 2005 lawsuit against CheckPoint Software's ZoneAlarm. The lawsuit had attempted to influence how ZoneAlarm classified products from 180solutions and Zango, but ZoneAlarm stated in a press release that it has not changed how it classifies those products. For example: "Zango is attempting to monitor user activities on your computer. If allowed, it may try to track or log keystrokes (user input), mouse movements/clicks, Web sites visited, and other user behaviors." 180solutions did not provide a reason for withdrawing its lawsuit.
