AOL to dial-up users: Upgrade or pay more!

AOL is trying to force its users to upgrade to broadband service (delivered by AOL, of course) by raising the price of dial-up service to the same price as its broadband service. Yep, that's a time-honored customer service technique. First, make 'em hate you. Then, ask for their money. Works every time.
