BlackBerrys to get Wi-Fi and multimedia features?
A couple of days ago, plans for a new BlackBerry were uncovered, and it was said that the Stealth would have an integrated MP3 player and removable memory--two features that have never been included on a BlackBerry device. Now, Engadget Mobile is reporting that Research in Motion also plans to roll out models with other consumer-friendly features. Speaking at the C3 Expo, RIM co-CEO Jim Balsillie made reference to future devices with "image capture" (read: camera), GPS, and "both Wi-Fi and cellular technology." Oh yeah, and he denied any rumors about a Palm-RIM merger.
