jyoung320 is correct. I've been happily streaming music on my Zune since 3.0. It seems to work fairly well. Jasmine also missed one of the new features of 3.0. In account settings you now have the option to delete all Zune Pass content with one click. Really handy if you decide to cancel your Zune Pass.

Also, you missed the Now Playing feature and, the games not restarting your zune anymore....unless they are user made.

I think the Slacker G2 is cool as well, but at $249 for the 8GB model, it is no match for the 8GB iPod Touch at $229, particularly using the Rhapsody client. Yeah, it doesn't have the "caching" feature but that's not a lot to give up.
