Apple Remote Desktop 3.2 (#2): Some international keyboard layouts don't work

It appears that Apple Remote Desktop 3.2 has broken compatibility with some international keyboard sets -- so far we've received reports concerning Norwegian and German layouts.

MacFixIt reader Philip Joens reports crashes when attempting to type certain characters for transmission to remote Macs:

"Apple Remote Desktop crashes when you try to transmit one of our funny charakters: ÖÄÜ. It restarts itself immediately and so you just see a flicker, but the character will not get to the other end."

Another reader reports that certain keys are transformed to others when transmitted across Remote Desktop-connected Macs.

"In beta seeds of Leopard Norwegian keyboards did not work. I now see the same phenomenon in Apple Remote Desktop 3.2. I have updated Admin on my 2 macs and on the clients remote mac, but now I can't type on the remote Mac. Keys are not the same: a left bracket will turn out as a ; on the remote mac.
