Apple releases ATI Radeon X1900 update for Mac Pros

Apple has released a firmware update for the ATI Radeon X1900 GT graphics card used by some Mac Pros. After downloading and installing, the updater application will be placed in the /Applications/Utilities folder and must subsequently be run from that location.

Apple provides no information on specific enhancements are included in this release.

The new release is available through Software Update or as a 668KB download.
