Fix for Security Update 2007-009 printing issues

For some users, printing is broken after applying Security Update 2007-009. It now appears that the problem is a refusal of CUPS (the common UNIX printing system) to start. The simple fix is to use the utility Printer Setup Repair and select the "Start cupsd" function from its CUPS Tools.

This fix should prove effective until the next restart.
