Update: Mini DisplayPort to VGA Firmware Update 1.0 available for download

Description:

Apple has released a firmware update for people using the Mini Displayport to VGA adaptor, which is supposed to address flickering, no video signal, and other compatibility issues.

Be sure you have your adaptor both plugged into your Mac and attached to a VGA monitor before downloading and applying this update. In addition, you will only be able to apply this update if your Mac is plugged into a power outlet.

The update is available thorugh Software Update, and is also available as a direct download from the following URL:
