Apple has activated the new iTunes "Genius" feature in version 8.1 for TV Shows and Movies. When Apple released iTunes 8.1, many people were disappointed at the lack of the Genius feature for Movies and TV shows. This was suspected to be a feature that was pulled at the last second, but it now appears to have been fully implemented but just not activated.
