- Disk Utility 10.5.5 (new to Mac OS X 10.4.6)
- Bluetooth File Exchange 1.7.3 (new to Mac OS X 10.4.6)
- Safari 2.0.3 (same as Mac OS X 10.4.5)
- iChat 3.1.4 (same as Mac OS X 10.4.5)
- Mail 2.0.8 (same as Mac OS X 10.4.5)
- Installer 2.1.5 (same as Mac OS X 10.4.5)
- AirPort Admin Utility 4.2.2 (same as Mac OS X 10.4.5)
