Conflict with Unsanity Menu Master Yesterday we reported on an issue where Quicken 2006 R2 crashes on launch and exhibits other issues can be resolved by either disabling Unsanity's APE (Application Enhancer) or adding the Quicken 2006 application to APE's Master Exclude list.

We've now received word from Unsanity's support department, indicating that the issue is actually with the Menu Master add-on, and can be easily solved by adding Quicken 2006 to the Menu Master exclude list:

Rosyna Keller tells us:

"The conflict is not with Quicken 2006 and APE, but Quicken 2006 and Menu Master. There is no need to disable APE or even exclude quicken from APE. Anyone having problems can simply add Quicken 2006 to the Menu Master exclude list while we look into the problem. At this time, we're unsure whether the problem is a bug in Menu Master or a bug in Quicken 2006."
