Connectix is once again free to develop, market and ship its popular Connectix Virtual Game Station software! Sony had sought to suspend sales of the PlayStation emulator, claiming copyright infringement. However, Connectix won its appeal on this matter and "may now resume distribution and sale of the product. The case has been remanded to the district level for final resolution. Shipments of Connectix Virtual Game Station for Macintosh will begin immediately. Online sales at www.connectix.com began today and a Windows version will ship shortly." The full ruling is available on this web page.
