Utilities Updates: Norton Utilities 5.0 beta; Consultant; SpeedTools; more

Symantec has released a public beta of Norton Utilities 5.0. [Scott Boettcher notes that it resolves a DiskWarrior vs. Norton Utilities glitch that we covered here months ago.]

Consultant 2.5.8 has been released. It introduces a new registration system and adds numerous fixes (see Version History).

HardDisk SpeedTools 2.2.1 is out.

NetBarrier 1.0 is "the first personal security software suite for the Mac OS, including integrated firewall, antivandal and Internet packet filtering technology."

fileWrangler 2.5 is now available.

Wapp Pro 2.1p2 is out.

DoItAllText 2.2.2 is out.

Macromedia Shockwave/Flash 7.0.2

ClickTime is a new user-contributed addition to OneClick. It is a configurable palette for use as a playlist with Apple's QuickTime Player.

XLR8 MACh Speed G3 Control 1.4 is now out.
