Users who have ordered the new release of Micromat's popular system maintenance utility, TechTool Pro 4, are now receiving the following:

"Thank you for your pre-order of TechTool Pro 4.  We want to keep you informed about your order and expected shipping date for TechTool Pro 4.

"Micromat had expected to release TechTool Pro 4 in the spring, 2003. However, we have had to change the estimated release date to summer of 2003. We now hope to be shipping TechTool Pro 4 the end of September, 2003.

"We apologize for this delay.  We want to release the best program possible and it is taking longer to implement all the proposed features than estimated.  We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter and will keep you notified of our progress.

"Your order will ship by US Mail, unless an express shipping method was selected (i.e., UPS Next-day, UPS 2nd-day or UPS 3-day).  Should you need to make a change in your shipping address, please reply to this email or send the corrected address to orders@micromat.com or call 707-566-3831."
