Petit French car promises to make big splash in Geneva

Images of the Citroen DS3 leaked onto the Internet earlier this month; the official unveiling is scheduled for the Geneva motor show in March.

French automaker Citroen is planning for the future with inspiration from the past. Images of the Citroen DS3 leaked onto the Internet earlier this month; the official unveiling is scheduled for the Geneva auto show in March. The DS3 is set to be a Mini Cooper rival. The car offers a European design with a splash of retro 1970s. It's scheduled to be released in 2010 as the smallest in the new line. The midsize DS4 will be released in 2011 as will a luxury model, the DS5.

This video of the DS3 popped up in YouTube. Although the 1 minute and 10 second clip doesn't show any of the car's performance, but it is cute compact to add to the wish list.
