I've also encountered an odd problem since the 1.1.3 update. My iPhone Bluetooth Headset dock no longer works correctly. Whenever I dock the iPhone, I get an error message indicating this device is not supported and would I like to turn on Airplane Mode? If I leave Airplane Mode off, the dock functions normally.

I would test with another similar dock, but I'll wager there's debris/moisture on either the dock or phone connector, it is the presence or absence of a certain resistor one of the dock's electrical lines that signals to the OS if the device is 'made for iPhone' as opposed to 'made for iPod,' which is what triggers the 'alert' you're seeing.
