The delay imposed by the lack of tools needed to jailbreak iPhone OS 2.0.1 has been eliminated. You can now upgrade your iPhone or iPod Touch to 2.0.1 without fear of bricking the devices. The PwnageTool for Windows and Mac is now available from the iPhone-Dev team. You can download either of these directly using these links for Mac.

A guide to the process for Windows and video for the Mac can be found here.
