Apple has updated a support document that details MobileMe enhancements for an iPhone running iPhone OS 3.0. The updates include the following features.
Mail
On an iPhone or
iPod Touch, a user can search all messages including those stored on the MobileMe "cloud" (server). You can search in the From, To, and Subject fields.
Gallery
- iPhone 3GS users can publish videos to a Gallery album.
- If no Gallery albums exist, an album is automatically created when publishing a photo or video from the iPhone.
Push Contacts and Push Calendar
- There's an option to merge existing contacts and calendars on first sync from iPhone/iPod Touch.
- Deleting a MobileMe account or turning off contact and calendar sync on iPhone/iPod Touch allows users to keep a copy of the data on the device.
- iPhone contacts that sync with MobileMe maintain ringtone associations.
Details regarding Find My iPhone and Remote Wipe are included; we've covered both topics previously.
Apple has a complete list of MobileMe service updates since August 2008 .

I have a number of Contacts who have multiple phone/fax numbers and Email addresses. When syncing between my three Mac computers, all the info is synced accurately. Likewise any exported vCards are correct.
When this same info is synced with my iPhone (using both OS2 & OS3), the order of the email addresses on the iPhone do not match the order of the email addresses as entered in my Address Book. Ditto the phone numbers. Furthermore, they do not appear to be in any discernable order (alphabetical or numerical). Nor are they in the order in which I created them. All the entries are there, but in a random order.
This may not appear to be a big deal, but, as many of them live and work in 2/3 different countries, I need them all to be listed correctly. I have tried wiping and restoring the iPhone to its original condition, but with the same result.
This appears to be a syncing bug ? where the sync agent fails to recognize (or care) about the order of the information from the vCard.
I wrote to MacFixIt's editors and they confirmed that they, too, had a similar problem. Has anyone else encountered this and found a solution, please?

- Hi, I have had similar problems. I went through address bo0ok on my mac, one by one, and made amendments and deletions to duplicated entries. Time consuming but I couldnt find my way round it. Once I was sure that my Mac adress book was up to date, I went into itunes ( although I believe it will also work with Mobileme) and in itunes checked the box which said replace all the info on my iphone - which it did and removed all the duplicated info. I then connected my 3GS and did the same so all the contact info was transferred from address book onto the 3GS. Then plugged in the original phone, and removed all the info from that via itunes sync. Best to have everything backed up but with a bit of playing around, that should work for you as it did for me. Good luck
