It was one of the first to offer a 3G network, and it recently launched the first mobile TV network for a carrier.	T-Mobile offers competitively priced plans and extensive international roaming.	Despite a few quibbles with the touch screen, its full features and excellent performance make the LG Vu one of the hottest phones this year.	The LG Dare is an innovative and feature-rich handset with several surprises that sets it apart from other touch-screen phones.
