"one of the cheapest 20' LCDs you should buy"
Pros: It's cheap and easy to setup. The picture quality is good and the screen is bright.
Cons: only has VGA and DVI connections. speaker's a joke
Summary: It's a solid 20' monitor if you just need the basics. It took me a while to find a hack to make my Thinkpad video card support the wide screen but when I got it to work, the image quality is better than what I expected, although, there is one bad pixel. When I connect the audio to the monitor, there's a very noticeable hum that can be very annoying.
If you looking for a cheap LCD and all you do is text editing, email, or surfing the web, this is definitely for you. However, if you do a lot of image editing or related tasks, you may need to investigate further.
I'm a software developer but I do not deal with image much. I found this is the perfect monitor for me. I can't believe no one, including CNET staff, has reviewed this monitor.
