"Alienware absolutely SUCKS!!!"
Pros: NONE!!!!!!
Cons: product, tech support, customer service
Summary: The machines are obviously just thrown together. After 30 hours on the phone with tech support over the last 3 months,(they actually had us disassemble the laptop!) they finally determined the problem was the video card. After they charged us for a new one (it is still under waranty) and refused to give our money back, it turns out that the new video card did not fix the problem. They still have not refunded our money and keep hanging up on me when I call them.
I even made the mistake of buying a MP3 player from them. It too is a pice of junk. Buying Alienware is the most expensive mistake I ever made. I would have given 0 out of 10 if possible.

I know exactly how you feel and what you are talking about! They have done and are doing the same thing to me. Obviously anyone who thinks otherwise hasn't gotten the FULL ALIENWARE EXPERIENCE!

i think you are a fibber lol you dont own a piece of alienware because if you did you would know you have 24/7 tech support best around. And they would not have a person like you "take apart" the laptop and claim its the video card, they have certified professionals for that. Your base year warranty of course would have covered anything like that, oh yea you say it was the video card ehh>? well do you understand what SLI is? lol im sorry but your just wanna hate because you cant afford one
