Alienware CE-IV MP3 Player (512MB)

Summary: If you can pick up one of these really cheap it might be worth it for the headphones alone. The headphones are loud and clear, they look nice too. The player looks ok, has a glossy look too it, but feels cheap. It has decent sound, but the memory is really small. It has a sd card slot for additional memory, but I couldn't get mine to read my sd card. When plugged into your computer it shows up as a gpx mp3 player, glad I got mine for cheap. It's not rechargeable either, so you'll need a lot of batteries or rechargeable batteries and a charger. Overall, I don't recommend, unless you get one really cheap just for the headphones.

Summary: I purchased this CE-IV about 6 months ago. I was new to mp3 players so I figured this was perfect for me because of the hard buttons and the fact that I can add a sd card at a later time. well...... I did and it made the unit lock up when inserted. I went into the menu and it did not display that a sd card was even there, but it obviously locked up every time I inserted it. So lucky me I get to keep my 512mb player that is not under warranty and not up to my 85 dollar expectation. THANKS ALIENWARE !!!!!!!!!!!
