"Once you go Mac you'll never go back"
Pros: NO viruses, NO adware, NO spyware, just plain NO hassle
Cons: Should come with at least 512 MB RAM
Summary: Macs are absolutely wonderful machines. They simply do what you tell them to do. You don't see the dreaded BSOD every 5 minutes. No more "Plug & Pray"...when you add hardware it just plain works. They are simple enough for computer novices to use, yet powerful enough for more seasoned users as well. Plus Apple really stands behind their products. Their support site is easy to understand and navigate, and I can say from past experiences, should you ever need to have them service a machine they get right on it. I once had to send my iBook to them for service. I sent it to them on a Monday afternoon...it was delivered to my door on Wednesday morning, fully repaired and running like brand new. Just try to get that kind of service from Dell, Gateway or HP...you won't.
The eMac is a great machine for the price. I am extremely happy with mine, as I am with all of my Apple products.
