"Great Bargain in a Uninspiring Package"
Pros: 20 GB is impressive. It's even more impressive when the dimensions of this player is considered. While the ipod mini, rio carbon, zen micro compete against each other, gmini has 4 x the space.
Cons: On the microdrive scale, this thing is ugly. It overall shape just screams outdated. However, on the 20gb scale, it's relatively competitive and small compared to the Ipod, DJ 20, and others.
Summary: Good for the non-glitz, glamour crowd who cares about the essentials of an mp3 player. It's small and it holds a lot. If you can live it with being the ugly cousin of mp3's, it's a great value. If you want looks, go for the H10 or the rio carbon.
