    "If you buy, get an extended warranty"

    Pros: worked good for 14 months

    Cons: very bad customer service. Called numerous times and all of them speak broken english. They don't help you and if they do they give you wrong information. My a/c port came loose on mine and because of the way they make their laptops, it will cost more
