"Its agood computer for just common use"

Pros: Anyone who loves to play will enjoy it! It looks fabulous and has plenty of input/output sources compared to other computers. The basic model isn't as impressive as getting it fully loaded though. I can't wait to get mine!! It'll be here by Feb. 16th!
Cons: They don't offer it with a 128mb video card and the 8 in 1 media card reader doesn't appear to have a slot for xD. I agree the phone customer service isn't the best but effective if you're competent. Service has nothing to do with the computer though. Try

"Been a good computer, fan very loud and can't upgrade"
Pros: Dell offered 3.2ghz cpu which is as good as new models now, 64mb graphics card has been sufficient for modern games, lots of usb ports
