Pros: inexpensive
Cons: LCD problems & battery charger problems; when trying to get problem fixed customer service is lousy, you just keep getting transfered from one "technician" to another

Pros: Great laptop, put xp pro and minimum dell drivers. got it broken. Installed new inverter. 2.8 p. these ppl who complain of slow response have just bloated thier machine. put it on a diet and you'll be fine.Only 256 ram and still almost smooth running
