"Nightmare Customer Service"
Pros: Overall good battery life, speed, and features.
Cons: Hard drived failed. After a new one was sent to me, I had to format it myself. Thanks, Dell. Video Card supposedly went bad according to tech support, but still can't figure out the problem. Don't have to to send my laptop in. To keep it short, I wil

I've had to have my Inspiron 8600 sent in to Dell twice. The first time I sent it in to replace the mother board (on my dime). When I got it back, they "forgot" to put my Bluetooth component back in so I had to send it out again. Their service over the phone is poor. I used to be a strong advocate for Dell technology and service, this experience was a shock to me.
