"Solid Reliable Computer for Business"
Pros: Fast, Durable, Good Battery Life, Bright Display
Cons: Tinny Speakers, Pedestrian Design
Summary: If you want a computer that will quickly and reliably get work done, then the D620 is for you. However, if your interests tend more towards gaming, etc., then you'd be better off with an Inspiron or XPS.
Computer as configured is used as a desktop replacement in a programming/development environment. Performance has been excellent, with quick start up, high reliability and better than average ability to run multiple applications at once. Intel software control allows you to turn WLAN on or off. Display is brighter than D510 which it replaced. Ample ports and connections, including S-video and FireWire.
Configured with a 1.83 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 1 GB 667 MHz RAM, 80 GB 7200 RPM hard drive, DVD R/W, 15" XGA screen and Intel wireless card.
