    "promising, but disappointing"

    Pros: lightweight, fast, keyboard touch, docking/undocking capability, media base

    Cons: reliablity stinks. Dell responded quickly to our IT person's pleas, but in less than a year we replaced: 2 screens (weird white halo in the middle), motherboard, video card, dvd burner, media base. Add to that the XP OS crashing at least 1x a week and the
