"Our worst IT purchase in 17 years - Stave yourself, stay away"
Pros: Nice looking
Cons: Defective, Onsite Dell Technician botched the repair. Unit is now unusable.
Summary: We purchased six of these units. One was defective out of the box. Dell sent an onsite tech to replace the motherboard, processor, fan and heat sink. He botched the re-assembly, press the power button and nothing... the unit wouldn't turn on. To mak... read more >>

"Ultimate combination of computing power and mobility"
Pros: Fast CPU, GPU, Media-friendly design, Ultra-portable, eye-catching frame

"In love after 4 months of use!"
Pros: Light, thin, plenty of horsepower, beautiful, good battery life
Cons: None, other than craptastic power cord
Summary: First off: I can't understand other reviewer's complaints about the touchpad being too small. I've got pretty big fingers, and frankly I have had zero problems with this one. This is the fifth laptop I've owned in the last 7 years, and I don't fin... read more >>
