"first sli notebook?"
Pros: SLI, overall very powerful system
Cons: May be too big
Summary: Is this the first SLI notebook? I don't know. Hypersonic PC has one available, and apparently so does Sager. Maybe this one was technically first, but don't be misled - there are other SLI notebooks out there.
Overall, this looks like a good notebook. However, while I am more tolerant of weight and thickness for notebooks than almost anybody (I would consider buying anything up to 16-20 pounds, if it was powerful enough), I can't say the same for the width and height of this. 19 inches isn't exactly compact, it looks enormous and unwieldy. I can't imagine using it on the plane or even in class, really.

The Eurocom, Sager, Hypersonic, Voodoo, Alienware brands are all the same notebooks manufactured by the same OEM: Clevo. The only differences between them are a paint job and a couple thousand dollars...so don't be fooled.
But the Clevo model is, in fact, the first SLI 19" notebook on the market (though sold through various distributors).
