    "SERVICE SUCKS"

    Pros: I have not received product yet so I cant judge

    Cons: I ordered this on November 4 was given estimated ship date of the 14th -- Explanation is that extra 256 MB or RAM was considered Custom and now my estimated ship date has been changed to November 27 --23 DAYS!! I would have ordered a different unit if I h
