skips more then a cd player
Pros: small
Cons: Component and Battery are connect via USB plug which makes it skip eveytime you shake it. If you aren't interested in doing anything it was made for then this is the product for you.

Beautiful, Great Product
Pros: I tend to be the kind of person who researches tech things very indepth before finally making a purchase. When searching for an MP3 player, I looked at the Apple iPod, Creative MuVOs, Sony iRivers, and more. Finally, I happened to come upon the Gateway
Cons: One suggestion to Gateway, however: create a case for the DMP-300 so it doesn't get scratched in my pocket!

Cool gadget that has some bugs
Pros: This is the smallest and lightest mp3 player I have used. Very comfortable for long runs. I have had great battery life and the sound is of good but not excellent stereo quality (what would you expect?). I am on my second unit and will applaud Gateway for
Cons: My first 3 in 1 (256mb)would reformat if I tried to put more than 120mb of songs on it or if there was any error with the transfer. Sent it back and the new unit doesn't like to fast forward through songs and sometimes just stops playing for no apparent r

pretty cool.
Pros: The voice recorder is the differance maker. None of the other combo devices do that.
Cons: I should have waited longer. They've got a new one w/ a FM radio coming out.

It works well but the battery life stinks
