"Very good overall, no major flaws, just a few annoying quirks"
Pros: Great Balance of entertainment and productivity, awesome battery life if you get the 12 cell, the finish hides scratches but-
Cons: - its makes it prone to finger prints, the touchpad could be a bit better
Summary: I bought this because I wanted a notebook that I could transport to school easily and would serve all my needs at home. It has good weight, even with the 12 cell battery, and very sleek. Personally, I love the imprint design, and the glossy finish looks amazing, that is, until you put your finger prints all over it. While the finger prints are annoying, it hides scratches very well, so I'll take the trade off.
The screen is just right for watching movies, surfing the web, and doing school work on Word. Speaking of watching movies, the quick touch buttons work well and facilitate your entertainment needs. They also look stylish. The keyboard is also of good size, expect it to be very comfortable. The touch pad works well, not perfect, but not bad either, it gets the job done.
Lastly, if you like taking your notebook around, but worry about battery life, I recommend the 12 cell battery. It makes your notebook rise up a bit, and reduces a bit of its sleek and stylishness, but the trade-off is worth it. Doing normal tasks simultaneously- web browsing, listening to music, scanning for viruses, I get about 5-6-7 hours on one charge. It really depends on the situation, but the battery life isn't an issue.
I highly recommned this laptop for anyone who wants a great balance between entertainment and work.
