"I dont know what the guy befor me got...."
Pros: great resolution screen
Cons: faulty faulty cd/dvd drive for every one & gets hot
Summary: All I got to say is do a google search and look for a forum on the zd line of laptops...NONE of these laptops have a working cd/ dvd drive.... they are ALL faulty I was with customer service for hours , just to be able to try and watch a movie from blockbuster. After I got the typical Restore the whole computer, I gave up.. I went to a couple of different websites and downloaded generic drivers to finally watch a movie... as far as the burning anything goes .. you can forget it, I dont care what software , or type of media you use, it aint going to happen.as far as reliability goes... I would have to honestly say that I dont believe the lifespan will be that long due to the excessive overheating issues they have....other than that.. keep her elevated somehow... I whould rate this average.. if hp could fix some of these issues they would be great. I must add one more comment... I have had several new computers, and I believe that HP has the best customer service of them all...... (if you get a good one)
