"Good choice"
Pros: Excellent Choice for the $
Cons: Relatively few choices for 22" monitors at this time
Summary: The price seemed competitive and allowed me to upgrade a few inched from the 20" to a 22" for a few more dollars.
Screen quality was acceptable but not to the quality level as the Sony but the price for KDS was much lower.
The wide screen was a bit to get used to with proportional picture viewing-some pictures seemed to be a bit stretched and lacked the clarity I would have preferred but that may be a common hardship when dealing with widescreen monitors.
All in all, the monitor was easy to bring on line and required few adjustments and it was comforting to have access to North American tech support. Some companies have web based support only-a live person who was well trained resolved a few operational issues I had.
I would suggest this monitor-excellent viewing area, clean design and acceptable clarity.
