Sure, anyone can hook their iPod up to a home stereo with a Y-minijack-to-RCA cable, but it doesn't look so elegant lying next to your components in a nest of wires, does it? Kensington's Stereo Dock for iPod ($90) tidies up the mess with its sleek, ice-white dock and discreet RCA and power cables. Just plug in your dock-connector iPod, grab the flyweight remote (with a backlit, five-way control that resembles the iPod Click Wheel), and start cranking your tunes. We like how the dock charges your iPod during playback, but the remote's performance was a little spotty beyond 15 feet or so.
