"Shut off/Restarted without warning"
Pros: good sound and screen/icon system
Cons: power on/off problems, battery issues, weak service, odd charger
Summary: This phone had a problem staying on while talking on it. It would periodically restart itself - as in shut off and then turn back during a phone call. Sometimes it would even turn off and then not turn back on and even when the power button was pressed it wouldn't turn back on. I had to take out the battery and put it back in to get it to even respond to the power button. Often it would turn off and then almost turn back on - but instead of fully turnign on it would simply flash a purple light on the screen until I finally had to pop out the battery. Pretty terrible. I had to replace this phone after 3 months. And then I had the replacement phone (same model)for a few weeks and this started to happen. The first one I had the battery kept falling out after very little wear. I had never dropped it or done anything and the battery was constantly falling out while in use. I finally had to tape the entire thing together so it coudl function. I've owned many cell phones and this is probably the worst that I've ever owned. It had weak service as well and poor battery life. But if it's free go for it. Also - comes with an awful desktop charger - totally bulky and rare so good luck borrowing a charger at anyone else's house if needed.
