"Hit or miss"
Pros: good sound quality, speaker phone
Cons: Poor battery life, poor reception
Summary: We have 3 of these phones, one works ok, and the other two are poor. I can be standing next to my moms while she is on a call and I cant even make one, I can only assume because mine was made poorly, the battery also dies very quickly, especially if you use speaker phone, I generally am forced to use a hands free adapter to extend battery life, and when not in use its charging. It doesnt have any fun features, though I wouldnt need any, I jsut need to to make calls and its not the best at that... sometimes when i plug it into the charger is just turns off, or if its off, its turns on, the charging plug design in general is poor.
