Pros: Great burning program, fantastic extras - Nero Recode is unsurpassed
Cons: A few bugs that Nero keeps working out.

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME"

"Overly complex, poor documentation and help"
Pros: Decent CD burner
Cons: Poor documentation, overly complex, over reliance on wizards, other components sloppy
Summary: Nero 6 can burn your CDs reasonably reliably, but it is overly complicated to use in many situations. Documentation has not kept up with the software, particularly on the packages other than the burner.

"Video Editing not up to Nero Standards!"
Pros: Love Nero Audio, Free Upgrades
Cons: Poor Editor, Non Intuitive Interface, Poor OEM Version
Summary: First I bought the OEM V6 and upgraded to V6.6. Then I paid for an MPEG license but could not edit (e.g. cut out commercials).
