"My first Blackberry - replaced the last of three TREOs"
Pros: Light weight, good screen resolution, great battery life, easy navigation, attractive styling for a candybar.
The RIM community looks to be pretty well organized and supportive of newbies.Cons: I'm used to a touch screen. Blackberry image as a corporate leash. Media streaming - I had more capabilities in some areas on the TREO.
