"Worst Experience EVER!"
Pros: It's shiny
Cons: Breaks!!! Worst customer service, no carrying case, no clip.
Summary: I've had countless headaches with this product and this company. First is the $20 you have to pay if you have a question, so that they can tell you that you can't do anything about your broken MP3 player.
Bought one for my cousin and one for myself. After about six months, they BOTH broke!!! We had to send it in for repair, pay the shipping costs and all. His took about 3 months and mine took 6 months! And that's after fighting with the people that do repairs and even the owner who told me to go screw myself.
After receiving the player, 4 months later, broke again! With the same "upgrage" bug.
Payed again for shipping, and they told me that it's too costly to repair, that they will send me a credit for $75! I spent $175! or why don't they just give me a new one? or a refurbished one?
I'm afraid to call because they might send me to hell again.
